NOTIFICATION OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF POPIA The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) requires all responsible parties (such as ....) to inform data subjects of the processing activities it is undertaking at any relevant time.
