Event Title : CH14 - Conflict Management in the workplace

Full Description

Managing collective labour relations may present the manager and union with unique challenges. Often the parties do not understand their roles and rights, which can be a cause of conflict in itself. This two days practical training provides the delegates with a complete insight into the legal requirements of the LRA with regard to collective labour law and labour relations. Once the delegate understands the nature of the relationship, the course provides an unique insight into managing and building the relationship between employee, union and the employer. The ideal delegate would be managers, shop stewards, union officials and office bearers and IR managers.
