People often feel reluctant to get involved in a conflict situation. Who doesn’t feel uncomfortable at the thought of an unpleasant and possibly emotional confrontation? Often, we hope that conflicts with co-workers or team members will somehow work themselves out. Unfortunately, conflicts are rarely self-healing conditions.
