This half-day workshop covers the CCMA processes and the Rules of the CCMA with relation to the mediation, conciliation and arbitration processes conducted in the CCMA.

Attendees will gain insight into how disputes are managed and resolved within the CCMA framework, as well as he roles and responsibilities of the parties involved
