Alternative Charge 1 – Misappropriation of company funds: item 2.1.2 of the disciplinary code and procedures You are charged with misappropriation of company funds in terms of item 2.1.2 of the Employer’s disciplinary code and procedures, in that you instructed employee XX, on or during July 2006 and November 2006, to buy an BB printer cartridge with Code CC and 120 cd’s for your personal use on his company cost code, which items were paid for and delivered to the company.
