- It is the applicant’s duty to ensure that an award she has obtained from the CCMA is enforced. It is not an easy process to follow and to do so, an applicant has to follow the procedure prescribed in the CCMA rules. According to the LRA, the CCMA award is final and binding and may be made an order of the Labour Court if the other party fail to pay or reinstate.
